CARELON WELLBEING EAP

I produced multi-channel B2B, B2C, and B2G content for Carelon’s “Wellbeing” EAP, including branded work for Target, Goodyear, Carrier, and PG&E.

EAPs can offer dozens of benefits. Spotlighting just a few at a time helps users ease into the program without feeling overwhelmed. Barriers to adoption can also be overcome with clear copy, a trusting designer, and warm calls to action. Central to all my EAP work is a through line of “You can trust us. We’re here for you.”
